We know your time is very valuable.  So one of the most important differences you will find in our office is that we actually stay on time with our schedule.  We work very hard to organize our day so that you don't have to wait when you come to see us.  Of course emergencies can happen in any medical field, but our focus is to be true to our appointment commitment.

Because we work to maintain our schedule, we ask that our patients help us by being on time for their appointments.  That just helps everything run well.

We don't double book our time slots.  That means we can give you all our attention, but we are also exposed if there is an unexpected cancellation, so we request a 48 hours notice if you need to change your scheduled appointment.

We have included an Appointment Request link on this site so you can pick a time that works best for you. We will contact you to confirm that time or set up another if it is unavailable.

Dental treatment is an excellent investment in your physical and psychological well-being and our goal is to help you achieve ideal dental health. But treating a serious and chronic medical like Obstructive Sleep Apnea can be lifesaving.  Payment for testing and treatment is usually assisted by your medical insurance.  But in some cases due to unmet deductibles or lack of coverage, we have ways of helping you get the treatment that is critical to your overall health. We accept cash, check, Debit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express cards. Payment in Full Courtesy
If your treatment exceeds $1,000, will take more than one appointment, and you pay for the entire treatment up front with cash or check, we will extend a 5% bookkeeping courtesy to you.

3rd Party Financing
We work closely with Springstone and Care Credit financing companies to offer interest-free financing as well as extended financing. We can do this paperwork for you in a matter of minutes.  This allows you to avoid an initial payment and to establish an affordable monthly payment. You can get the treatment you need without an immediate expense.

You will have a consultation with our Patient Facilitator to review all your options and find a payment method that works best for you.

We work with every major PPO dental insurance and are a participating provider of Delta Dental PPO, Cigna Radius and the Aetna / Assurant networks. We will help you understand your benefits, let you know your obligation, file your insurance claim for you and keep track of the progress. The anticipated uninsured portion will be due at time of service.
